Newcastle United: St. James' Park Stadium Guide

Before heading to the stadium, it's crucial to know how to get there. Once in Newcastle upon Tyne's city center, you have several public transport options, including the Tyne & Wear Metro or buses from Haymarket and Eldon Square, followed by a five-minute walk.

The 52,000-seat stadium is home to Newcastle United and is the eighth-largest in England, serving the Magpies since 1892. It comprises four sections: the Leazes Stand, East Stand, Milburn Stand, and Gallowgate Stand.

Before entering the Gallowgate Stand, you'll see statues of Alan Shearer, Sir Bobby Robson, Jackie Milburn, and a plaque for Joe Harvey, along with 'Shearer's Bar' and the pre-paid ticket collection area.

Adjacent to the Milburn Stand are the Box Office, Main Reception, Old Milburn Reception, and South West Reception areas, as well as the Platinum Club entrances. The Leazes Stand includes the Leazes Sports Bar and hospitality areas like the Park Bar & Grill, perfect for spending time with friends, family, or clients.
