Newcastle Ticket Types

Season/Members Cards: Season ticket holders are eligible for reserved seats which are available for every home game at St. James' Park. Football Ticket Pad customers will obtain their season/member cards before kick-off - before returning their members' cards in a pre-paid envelope after the game.

E-tickets: Moving into the 2024/25 season, Newcastle United will now be providing a digital ticketing system (E-tickets). This is to meet the demands of ticket interest and to gather fans into the stadium much more efficiently.

Paper Tickets: Paper tickets are the most traditional way of receiving your Newcastle United tickets. Once the payment has been made on Football Ticket Pad, your tickets will then be sent out in the post to the address stated in your payment.

You can expect your football tickets for Newcastle games 3-4 days before kick-off. Additionally, an email confirmation will be sent once your tickets have been dispatched.

Before arriving at the stadium, understanding how to find the ground is vital. Once you enter the city centre of Nwecastle Upon Tyne, you have a selection of public transport options to choose from. Firstly, you can use the Tyne & Wear Metro system, which provides service to Newcastle upon Tyne. Or, you can opt for the Haymarket and Eldon Square bus, which will leave you a five-minute walk from the stadium.

The 52,000 seater stadium found in Newcastle Upon Tyne is home to Newcastle United and the eighth largest stadium in England. This has been the home of the magpies since 1892. Like most stadiums, the football stadium is divided into four sections: The Leazes Stand, East Stand, Milburn Stand and the Gallowgate Stand.

Before entering the Gallowgate Stand entrance, you will be greeted by four fantastic statues, these being; Alan Shearer, Sir Bobby Robson, Jackie Milburn and a Joe Harvey plaque. Also on the Gallowgate State, you can find the fan favourite 'Shearer's Bar' as well as the Pre-paid ticket collection area.

Whereas facing the Milburn Stand, you will find the Box Office, Main Reception, Old Milburn Reception as well as the South West Reception areas. Additionally, these are where the Platinum Club entrances can be located.

As for the Leazes Stand, this is where you can enjoy the Leazes Sports Bar along with other hospitality areas such as the Park Bar & Grill and Exclusive box areas to enjoy with friends, family or clients.
